Maximum roughly 1 year stay. Please do not apply if the stay is likely to be longer than that. ‼️£40/pm/pp so for couples or parent & child etc. rent is £990/month.
Any damages will be billed from the 1 month’s rent deposit and invoiced to you.

As you can see there is plenty storage in the bedroom for your belongings, but should you need garage space we can also arrange this. The area is very quiet, with parks, forests and fields nearby (you can always count on a lovely view)🏡; close to the motor way; great variety of shops are a 10 min walk away. But if you prefer more hustle and bustle, lively hotspots such as 📍Central Croydon, Thornton Heath, and Purley way, are never too far away; with plenty activities, restaurants, and shopping areas accessible by train/bus/tram/car.

Current household: quiet, 3 young adults and 1 mature, easy to get along with, will respect your communication style (whether you prefer to mingle or isolate). Knowledgable of the area if you want travel advice. There’s a little cat, very rarely in communal areas.
