Bright double room 5 minutes from Shalford station

Hellooo!

I am looking for a housemate to take my beautiful and spacious spare bedroom in my 2 bedroom house.

Fully furnished double bedroom with a 4ft bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, located 5 minutes walk from Shalford train station. All furniture in the room is relatively new.

The house has a spacious and modern living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and storage for a bike. There is also plenty of parking around the house for cars.

Shalford station is on the Gatwick train line and you can also get to Guildford and London easily. No longer than 5 minutes walk from the house there are some lovely shops and cafes in Shalford.

I am a primary school teacher so am out of the house 5 days a week, therefore looking for someone who also works out of the house. I enjoy being social with friends, going for walks or to the theatre, playing netball, running, but also enjoy quiet nights to myself too.

I am looking for someone clean and tidy to share with, as well as someone I can get on with well!
