Single bed in en-suite room

The room is situated downstairs by the front door, as you will see, from the photos, there is a king size bed, TV, chest of draws and bedside table in it at the moment. I am happy to furnish to your requirement. Having a single bed will create a lager space for you to maneuver

The en-suite has a large easy to use shower, toilet and sink.

I am happy to provide and wash, bedding and towels, as well as a weekly clean. If required.

There is a separate fridge and cupboard in the utility room for your use as well as a draw in the freezer, use of all kitchen equipment is available.
There is space for parking on the drive.

Shamley Green is close to the surrey hills, it has great off road cycle routes to Guildford, Cranleigh and Godalming as well as a frequent bus routes to Guildford and Cranleigh.
The village itself, has 2 Pubs, as well as a well stocked village shop, post office and a cafe.
