Bus stop on village green, and property is close to Cranleigh, Godalming and Guildford. Shalford railway station is 5 minutes drive by car. I am a clean and tidy quiet live-in landlady who loves the countryside and animals. I share my home with my cats and a very well-behaved, gentle greyhound. Bills are included.
