Furnished rooms close to Shepperton Studios

I have 2 rooms to let on a short term basis, ideal for studios workers taking on short term contracts in the area. (Please note, the single room is currently occupied)
Price displayed is based on a 5 night stay (Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs if needed) 7 night stays will be considered at a rate of £180 (single) and £210 (double).
The house is situated 1 mile from Shepperton studios, which is a 5 minute drive. Walking distance to high street and station.
Street parking is available, with no permits or restrictions.
The rooms are fully furnished with smart TV. Bedding is provided. Weekly cleaner.
Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Large garden with seating and swimspa/hot tub. Broadband and bills included, along with Netflix and Prime Video. Please note, this let does not include use of the lounge. Each room has dedicated storage space for each lodger, but there are some cupboards that will not be available to use (hence the necessity of short term lets rather than someone looking to move in with all of their possessions!)
You would be sharing with me and my friendly dog and pet tortoises. We are a non smoking household. Female preferred.
No working from home permitted.
