Single room to rent close to train station

Looking for a single person to rent a room in our lovely bungalow. We have access to a big garden which gets the sun all day and is lovely in the summer! We are both personal trainers and so we are quite active. We do also work from home a lot so we would prefer if the flatmate did not. 5 min walk to train station that goes directly to London Waterloo. It will be furnished.
