Light, ground floor double bedroom with adjacent bathroom for own use.
Separate from the other 2 bedrooms/bathroom allowing a good level of privacy.
The cottage is a good size detached property surrounded by the garden (maintained by me !) with views across fields.
Five minutes walk to the village centre with all good general amenities.
Fantastic area for outdoor pursuits but not if you like street lights!
There is a train station a mile away and a bus stop 5 mins walk away. Good road access and network. Parking space on the drive.
I’m proud to own my warm and welcoming cottage and so am looking for a someone who is respectful and responsible.
I’m pretty easy going, tidy, a responsible home owner, and work part time. I’m also friendly and upbeat.
Not suitable for someone that works from home (sorry!).
Friendly rescue pet cat.
Happy to discuss Monday to Friday lets.
