Large room and en-suite in cosy Cottage Shere

Hello lovely people! Sarah and I (Simran) are housemates and are looking for someone lovely, considerate, quiet and independent.

I work from home giving massages, teaching yoga and meditation from the garden tent. The front room is turned into my little art shop where I sometimes open the front door if it’s a sunny day and tourists pop in occasionally.

Sarah works down the road at the doctors surgery and has a black cat called Neffy.

We are both vegetarian and would prefer living with another veggie but it’s not essential.

We are independent, friendly, peaceful people both working and doing our own thing but we chat in the kitchen and when we see each other.

The cottage is quintessentially English 17th century cottage in the beautiful village of Shere- Surrey's most picturesque village. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Surrey Hills. The cottage is centrally-located within the village with easy, free parking in the public/residential carpark across the road. It has great walking, cycling and countryside routes as well as the finest restaurants & friendliest local pubs, all within a walking distance from the door.

The bills are an extra flat rate of £200 per month. There’s a tumble dryer in the kitchen that’s handy, great internet speed. The room is furnished with a king size bed and chest of drawers. Option to have a table, arm chair, foot stool and I can provide a desk/console or more shelving if needed.
