Large Room in the middle of Shere

Hello lovely people! We are looking for a professional or Student female who is kind, clean, considerate, and independent.

Sarah has a black cat called Neffy so you must enjoy having a cat around the house.

We are independent, friendly, peaceful people all working and doing our own thing but we chat in the kitchen and the garden when we see each other and occasionally have a glass of wine, cup of tea or meal together in the garden tent.

The cottage is a cute cottage in the beautiful village of Shere- Surrey's most picturesque village. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Surrey Hills.

The cottage is centrally-located within the village with easy, free parking in the public/residential carpark across the road.

It has great walking, cycling and countryside routes as well as the finest restaurants & friendliest local pubs, all within a walking distance from the door.

The bills are an extra flat rate of £150 per month. There’s a tumble dryer in the kitchen to dry your clothes and great internet speed.
