The cottage is a good size detached property surrounded by fields with lovely views, and only five minutes walk to the village centre with all the usual amenities, bus stop to Guildford and Dorking, and one mile to train station.
Great area for walking, running and cycling; not so good if you can't cope without street lights!
Looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and honest, and who is social but enjoys their own space in equal measure!
I have a cat and a retired horse; I work in marketing communications.
