Room to rent in family home

We have a spare room in our home and we are looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, honest and one who respects others. You will be sharing the bathroom facilities with us. Room furnished with wardrobe, small chest of drawers, a single bed, small fridge under the counter, storage utensils/food cupboard, a microwave, kettle; we have tried to make it your own space so to say. All bills included in the month's rent. Also shared kitchen but not the fridge as a small fridge is provided in the room for the tenant's use.
