The studio has its own private entrance from the front and is not connected to the main house

The extensive grounds are naturist friendly so any tenant must be happy with this, and can join in if they want to.

No families just a single person or couple only

No agents, direct tenants only

Employer reference showing wages will cover the rent

Private parking is available

Please reply with details of employment and that this will cover the rent, and you are ok with naturism also you are ok with dogs, as we have two German Shepherd dogs in the main house. or I will auto decline.

Will be ready for viewings in a few weeks (mid July, may be before) as just finishing the new kitchen etc
