We are situated down a quiet cul de sac in Shirley where there is plenty of off street parking available.

We are only a short 10-15 min walk to Eden Park/Elmers End Train Stations (Trains take approx 15 mins to Lewisham/20-25 mins to Charing X - London Bridge- Cannon Street)

10 min walk to bus stop for buses to Croydon/Bromley/Beckenham/West Wickham

The house is a 4 bed semi detached property and the lodger will have shared access of a modern fitted Kitchen (double oven, grill, induction hob, american fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster, washing wachine), Bathroom with corner bath, overhead power shower, sink, WC, heated towel rail) and also an additional downstairs wc.

I am a Professional Female in my mid 30's who is kind, friendly, considerate and very clean and tidy (live in landlady)

I have 2 Shorthair cats in residence too, but they are confined to the living room when I am not at home.

I am looking for a Full Time Working Professional lodger who is clean and tidy and will respect my home (in addition to my other lodger)

I have stated that I would prefer a female, but may consider a male if very clean and hygienic.

There will be a total of 3 adults in the property.
