One room available to rent to a professional, whois hard working, but not working from home. They must share in the maintenance of the house, for example to clean their own room and the stairs, and if they cook they must clean the kitchen afterwards. The room is upstairs, and overlooking the garden at the back of the house. References are essential. Payment required in cash every month or two weeks. Bills are not included.
