Looking for someone who wants to rent a double room in my house.

ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN. OR SMOKERS. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!

A clean, freshly decorated double room with a wood framed double bed, a built-in double wardrobe and large chest of drawers, TV on stand with drawers (if required) to rent in a newly decorated house with new carpet too with an easy-going host and one other quiet person who is out at work all day and FOUR CATS Wifi broadband, Netflix and Sky TV included and all bills. Shared kitchen and bathroom with over-bath shower. The two other residents are very quiet.

There are four cats here but they are not allowed in the spare room.

Your bathroom is shared although the other lodger is rarely here and stays in his room a lot. He is so quiet I hardly know he's here and he's very clean. Sometimes we take turns shopping and cooking and we often eat, watch tv or play boardgames together in the living room. . Obviously you can use the washing machine and other kitchen facilities (oven and microwave and space in the fridge/freezer. etc) or we can have cooking facilities in your room ( a kettle and Foreman grill and mini oven) but of course you can use the main kitchen too.

Absolutely NO SMOKERS AND NO CHILDREN please.

Off street parking, quiet residential road. 15 minutes walk to station or 5 minutes drive and a bus stop just across the road, the bus goes every hour and will take you to Tesco, the station and the main town then on to Guildford via Witley. The train to London Waterloo takes less than an hour and you're always guaranteed a seat from Haslemere. Haslemere is on the main line to Portsmouth too.

Looking for the right person or of any gender who'll fit with us. We enjoy playing music, guitars, reading, darts, board games, computers, gardening, an occasional festival, days out and the Lay-Z-spa on the patio, bbqs in the summer. All shops and amenities close by short walk to Tesco and M&S and 24 hour garage shop nearby and a nice gastro-pub. There is a Christian church nearby, playing fields and a duck pond and woods.

I am happy with people of any age, nationality, race or religion or sexual orientation. I'm relaxed and open-minded.

It's so nice here with the birds singing in the morning, I can't think why you would want to live anywhere else. I am sociable and enjoy a board game in the evening.
