The property has a garden, patio and shared lounge/kitchen. One housemate has an en-suite, the other three share a bathroom. There is off street parking and the road is free to park on.

Rent includes all bills including virgin high-speed internet. We have a cleaner. One months rent is required as a deposit. Referencing required. There are no fees. Very easy going attentive flexible landlord who genuinely cares ❤️.

Purley oaks station is a 4 minute walk, sanderstead station is a 9 minute walk. Both run trains to london Bridge and london Victoria in 25 minutes and run until just past midnight. Trains all night run to Purley which is a 15 min walk and busses run all night to london/caterham/croydon.
