Double room available a short walk from South Croydon station, and a 20 minute walk from East Croydon station, close to Lloyd Park and Croham Hurst Woods, as well as local bars and restaurants.

I am a 32 year old teacher who lives alone. I often spend evenings meeting friends and going to the theatre, and spend many weekends away visiting friends and family. I also enjoy going for drinks and eating out locally and in London. I am looking for someone independent to rent my spare room but also happy to share wine over an evening!

My flat is a labour of love and a comfortable place to live. I am looking for someone clean and considerate.

The room has under-bed drawer storage, a chair, shelf unit and a clothes rail. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and equipped, with little remaining storage so this room would suit someone without too much stuff! It’s not ideal for someone who works from home long term, unless you want to add a small table etc to the bedroom but the bed is a day bed so can be changed to a single if more floor space is needed!

Short lets welcome… if you need somewhere to pause, get back on your feet, or tide you over between transitional times then this is the place for you :)

The flat is an upper maisonette with its own front door, in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a shared carpark for residents with some space for visitor parking. Two buses to East Croydon run from the main road, a 3 minute walk away.
