We have a top-floor en-suite room available in our beautiful and connected shared home is down a quiet up-market residential street in South Croydon which has recently finished an extensive high-end refurb. The room has a large rain-fall shower in the ensuite, but if you fancy a bath you can use the main house bathroom. The bed is a lift up ottoman bed with extensive storage underneath.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area with stone-topped island breakfast bar and high-spec new kitchen with doors leading to the patio and lawned garden (large new BBQ and dining seating for summer fun!). The kitchen really is the heart of the home - a room that's rarely empty where housemates are generally cooking together, co-working or enjoying a cuppa..

All bedrooms are kitted out with luxury/modern furniture, a mix of luxury carpet or herringbone wood flooring and every bedroom has newly built en-suite. The house benefits from off street parking and is a short walk from two main line stations with quick links to london. Just round the corner is a cute coffee shop, and a little bit further leads to restaurants, shops and a large forest, gardens and golf course for your nature fix!

We have Virgin Business wifi which is super fast, two washer driers, dish washer and smart TV in the lounge.

The current 5 housemates (mix of female and males aged 26-32) all moved in over the last 18 months. We are trying to create something different here … sort of a family home away from family, where people connect, share nights out or in together, dinners and movies. We are looking for a housemate who wants to get involved ... to connect, create memories and live together as a closely connected home making friends for life.
