Spacious, super clean double room in South Croydon

Large double room with pleasant outlook, plenty of storage and a desk/chair in a spacious, stylish, well-furnished and super clean apartment in a pleasant, safe area of South Croydon. Comfortable, spacious lounge, balcony overlooking well-kept gardens, large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washer dryer, bath/shower, parking and garage for storage. 3 bus routes on the doorstep, 15 mins walk from station with fast, easy access to central London (London Bridge 20 mins) and Gatwick Airport (20 mins). A flatmate should be comfortable with children as my well-behaved but fun 10 year old son lives with me 3 nights a week. Our previous flatmate became like an older sister to my son Jamie. She and he got along amazingly well and had lots of fun together, hence his preference is for a female flatmate. He is well-behaved, obsessed with drama and music, and his ambition is to be an actor (or a pilot!) so someone who might show an occasional interest in his performances would be perfect :) As for me, I am well travelled, having lived in Germany, Africa and Cyprus, have had careers in the military, engineering and journalism but am now a property manager. Jamie and I are responsible, reliable and trustworthy and we hope our future flatmate will be too. We are both super clean and tidy (our home is professionally cleaned) and we would seek the same in a flatmate.
