Downstairs there is a living room with smart TV, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a private South West facing garden and patio which gets lots of sun! The kitchen has all amenities including integrated fridge freezer, induction hob and oven, and washing machine.

Council tax, broadband (80-100Mbps) and water are included in the rent. Gas and electricity are on top (currently £75 per month).

Purley Oaks and Sanderstead stations are less than 10 min walk and provide regular direct links to:
- East Croydon (6 min)
- Clapham Junction (15 min)
- London Bridge (22 min)
- London Victoria (23 min)
Gatwick Airport is also only a 15 min train journey from East Croydon.
