I have a lovely double room available to rent in my 2 bedroom modern apartment. The property has underground parking and large communal gardens. The room will come with its own bathroom as well as I have two bathrooms.

The lounge / diner has a new fitted kitchen, the bedroom available to rent is a double room with new carpets. The flat in general is in very good condition, and is a 5 minute walk from south croydon train station.

I myself am a 29 year old male, city professional so am often at work. I am very clean and tidy, an as much as i enjoy going out and socialising, i also enjoy nights in relaxing and watching TV and DVD's.

The ideal flat mate, would be someone who enjoy's similar things, very clean and tidy, respectful and ideally a professional of some kind, and who is generally easy going.
