My maisonette has just had a full refurb, brand new appliances and newly decorated ☺️ It’s almost finished so I’m on the hunt to find someone to take the 2nd bedroom! Females only.

Double room. Shared bathroom with 1 female aged 27 (me). Maisonette, entry on ground floor with lounge and kitchen on first floor and bedrooms and bathroom on second floor.

£850/month fully furnished including bills. £750 deposit. However, if you have furniture that you need to bring with you this can be considered!

The bedroom currently contains a small double and can include a wardrobe/chest of drawers as per the tenants preference for that room.

15 min walk / 5 min bus to South Croydon Station. Or 10-15min bus to East Croydon.

I am a musician and music educator. I work long days locally Mon - Sat so am in and out throughout the week with Sundays off at home. Looking for someone who is easy to live with and can help keep on top of looking after the flat with me!
