The bathroom is shared by the one other housemate with both a shower and bath feature.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a large range cooker, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and dinnerware, etc. and there is a separate utility room with a washer and drier. I can provide space in the fridge/freezer and cupboards if necessary.

There is also an extremely spacious shared living room and dining room to enjoy and the property benefits from lovely period features throughout.
Parking is also available on the drive at an extra cost if required.

South Croydon station is a 5-min walk from the property. Busses to East Croydon and West Croydon are only a 2-min walk away and then 10 minutes by bus. Trains from South/East Croydon can get you into Central London in roughly 20 minutes and Gatwick Airport is only 15 minutes from East Croydon Station with some slower train routes passing through South Croydon Station directly.

Ideally, it is suitable for a single occupancy 5-night Sun/Mon-Friday let but there is some flexibility and short-term full-time or couple lets can be discussed.
