The bathroom is next to the room shared with just one other person who stays occasionally.
Kitchen and garden is shared with 2 others.
It is a very quiet household and it would suit someone who likes peace and quiet and their own space
Please note, this room is for a single person and no visitors
Free parking outside the house
The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away the tram stop is 7 minutes walk away on gravel Hill buses and trams go straight to East and West Croydon station
Shops are close by with the small High Street where there is Sainsbury's, Aldi Costa Coffee restaurants, etc
