House Share With 1 Other

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone to share this beautiful 2-bedroom home with me.
I've just moved in myself, so everything’s fresh and new! I'm a woman in my early 40s and work in Central London during the week.
The house has recently been refurbished and comes with a great-sized garden—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a sunny afternoon. The idea is for us to be equal housemates, so it’s not just about renting a room; it’s about making this a home we both enjoy.

There is a choice of 2 rooms, I can take either one and can be part-furnished (there’s a king-size bed and a wardrobe at the moment) or unfurnished if you’d prefer to bring your own things. The bigger room at the front has two built in wardrobes, storage and a traditional fire place. The larger room is £875 and the slightly smaller at the back of the house with a garden view is £775. The move in date is flexible.

There’s free street parking, and transport links are great: Purley Oaks station is just a 5-minute walk, and Sanderstead is 10 minutes away—both take you into Victoria or London Bridge in around 25 minutes. If you prefer buses, there's a stop just 2 minutes away with routes to East Croydon station, which has excellent connections (only 16 minutes to Victoria).

The area is really lovely too—close to parks and just a short drive to the countryside if you like a bit of nature now and then.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, easy-going, and tidy (not obsessively—just someone who helps keep the place nice).

Also, I have a very sweet, well-behaved cat, so being a cat lover is a must! :)
