This is a quiet household and would suit someone who likes peace and quiet and like their own space

The bus stop is three minutes walk away the tram stop is seven minutes walk away and they will both take you into central Croydon East and West

We are a short bus ride away from the High Street, which has a Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Costa Coffee and a number of other shops and restaurants.

There is free parking outside the house.
