Looking for new flatmate on tenancy

Hi! My names’ Maya and I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in place of my current one and take over their half of the tenancy- the flat is a lovely loft conversion in a great spot in South Croydon with loads of transport links. The room is a double room (and the master bedroom), with a spacious built-in wardrobe and built-in kingsize bed frame.

I’m looking for someone who likes to socialise but also totally respects each other’s private space and time. :) I’m a tidy, clean person who works from home three days a week and travels into the office in London on a Tuesday and Thursday, also likes to chill in or go out with friends in the weekends.

We began the tenancy on 10th November, and I’m looking for someone to move in on the 10th Jan so that the contract can smoothly transition (subject to referencing). If you’re interested, please drop me a message so that we can get to know a bit about each other and sort a viewing!
