Large double room available in South Croydon

I am looking for a female housemate to rent one of the double rooms in my three bedroom house. The property has two large double bedrooms and one smaller single room, which I currently use as an office and storage space.

The house has plenty of storage, including a garage and shed. There is a dining room, separate front living room, a lovely front garden, and a large back garden which is beautiful in the summer and perfect for BBQs.

A little bit about me, I am friendly, relaxed, and usually quite busy. I work full time and spend evenings coaching or training in cheerleading, so the house is generally calm and chilled during the week.

I am looking for someone with a similar easygoing vibe, who is respectful, tidy, responsible, and communicates well. I want the house to feel comfortable, safe, and homely for both of us. You are absolutely welcome to enjoy the space, I would just love someone who is considerate of shared living.

Rent and bills combined are approximately £1,500 per month, this may vary slightly.

Ideally looking for someone to move in end of February or early March.
