Spacious Double Room Available in Modern Flat

I’m looking for someone to takeover the remaining half of my tenancy from a previous flatmate (to begin on 9th July). The flat is a bright, airy 2-bed loft conversion right on the main road with great transport links. We’ll share the bathroom, kitchen (fully equipped with my appliances) and living room. The room is very spacious with a built-in bed, mattress, and two wardrobes.

I work from home three days a week (in the jewellery industry) and head to the office twice a week. The flat is just a 15-minute walk to Croydon town centre, and only 8 minutes to South Croydon station.
