A furnished room is available now in our cosy and peaceful flat in South Croydon.

Although the room is the size of a double bedroom, it's currently furnished with a single bed, as our previous tenant preferred having more floor space (can be rearranged).

You'll be sharing the flat with us – the live-in landlord and my boyfriend. We both work full-time outside the home, so the flat is usually quiet during the day. We're looking for a friendly, clean and respectful female who will enjoy living in a relaxed and tidy home.

Quiet, green residential area.
Bus routes 405 and 166 are just a 1-minute walk away.
Purley Oaks Station is around a 12-minute walk, with direct links into Central London.
