- Private furnished room in a shared flat
- 5-minute walk to South Croydon station, with a 3 minute train to East Croydon or 20 minute walk
- Available from the start of October

The Flat
- Furnished, comfortable, and clean
- Shared kitchen and living space with only one other person
- Two bathrooms between two people, so technically your own private bathroom
- A calm, peaceful environment
- My flatmate has a cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a pet
- Council tax band C
- Bills not included

The Flatmate
My flatmate is a working professional who's friendly, tidy, and respectful of personal space. She likes a home that's calm and organised, somewhere you can relax after a long day. She’s interested in music, cooking, reading, films, dancing, fashion, animals, eating out, cinema trips, the occasional pub night, and cosy nights in with Netflix.
