Patio, secure parking, communal gardens, 5 mins walk from South croydon station and 15 Mins walk from east Croydon station. Regular trains to central London - journey time of 15mins to Victoria/London bridge. I’m looking for a friendly flatmate, someone who is sociable and fun loving but mature, someone to have a chat / glass of wine with when you get in from work but also independent. The room itself has a double bed and is fully furnished with mirrors, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
