Up for let is double room on first floor of a really big house. Situated in a nice quiet area, the house is split over 3 floors and has 2 bathrooms. Has kitchen and dining room area and a big living room. The garden is absolutely huge which is great in the summer. If you're green fingered, you will love it.

It is about an 8 minute walk to Purley Oaks station which has regular direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria.

I am gutted to be leaving this house as the girls have been a joy to live with but I have to move closer to work in Greenwich. The other house mates all work full time and come and go at their leisure. They are all lovely, friendly and welcoming.

The girls would like the new house mate to be friendly, laid back and have a happy and positive attitude where possible.
