We are friendly professional couple with a spacious room to rent in South Croydon/Purley Oaks area. It is comfortable, homely, clean and tidy 1924 detached house. The room is a large spacious room comprising of oak tallboy and matching side table, television also in the room. You have access to a shared bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge freezer, dining room, living room. There is a large garden with patio and lawn. Wireless internet and all bills are included. We are located 5 mins from Purley Oaks station. Trains are 20 mins into London Bridge or Victoria. It is 2 mins walk to the main road where there are numerous buses going in the direction of Croydon one way and Purley the other. There is free street parking outside our house.
