I am a clean, tidy person who does not smoke. I keep my home in good order. I am a 25 year old professional who works in London. I like to socialise, and like to go out on the weekend, however during the week I like to relax in front of the telly.

I play football on the weekends and am fairly active during the week.

I am ideally looking for someone similar. Someone who is sociable and would be good company, but is prepared to keep the flat a nice environment to live in. I am easy going and respectful so long as you afford the same courtesy.

Including bills, the rent is £535 per month will full access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area.

The flat is really bright and airy. The lounge/dining room is dual aspect. It is on the first floor of a quiet block. It has gas central heating and the room has it's own thermostat.

Transport Links from the flat are excellent. South Croydon Bus Garage on Brighton Road is a two minute walk and buses in both directions (Croydon & Purley) arrive every 2-3 minutes. Central Croydon is a 5-10 minute journey by bus.

With regard to trains, South Croydon station (Zone 5) is less than a 15 minute walk. Sanderstead (Zone 6) is less than 10 minutes. From these stations both London Bridge and London Victoria are a 15-20 minute train journey via East Croydon & Clapham Junction. Waddon station is a 20 minute walk for trains to Sutton & Epsom.

There is free parking on the road outside if you have a car.

There are shops at the bottom of the road (1/2 minutes walk) including a Morrisons Local.
