Large double furnished room with own bathroom

Large double room on lower ground floor with its own adjacent bathroom. It is the only room on the lower ground floor, allowing privacy and a real sense of your own space. The room has recently been refurbished with new, neutral furniture ready for you to add finishing touches to your taste.

On the ground floor is my bedroom and a large, newly refurbished kitchen-living room-diner which opens onto a good-sized private garden. The garden is a bit dreary at the moment but will be sorted out in the spring.

I'm a student drama teacher which means I work a lot! Otherwise I enjoy the theatre (both watching and performing) and cooking - particularly for friends.

Ideally you're fairly similar to me - quiet and equally as comfortable in your own company as with others, clean and tidy, and a non-smoker please.
