I'm a friendly live-in landlord renting out my second double room in my cosy flat, and looking for a housemate to share with :)
The flat is a 12 minute walk away from Purley Oaks and Sanderstead stations, or a 10 min bus ride away from East Croydon station - all with regular trains into Victoria or London Bridge. There's also tonnes of free parking outside the flat if you have a car.
I'm pretty sociable so enjoy spending time out of the flat (in a normal world!), but also really enjoy a quiet night in with candles and movies - and would be great if my flatmate fancied joining from time to time!
My current lodger is moving out to buy a flat some time in the next couple of months, so move in date isn't fixed for now - but likely to be available late July/early August. Get in touch if you'd like to arrange a viewing :)
