It also benefits from a separate entrance. You will be living alone in this annexe. This annexe is located on a very nice road of Purley oaks/Sanderstead area.

The studio is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, mattress. bedside table. Fride/freezer , combi microwave oven,, hobs, cupboards , drawers, table are available. Basic cookware available too. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are located in the seperate entrance you use to get to the annex.

You have total control of your own heating( electric), hot water, shower etc in the annex.

Rent : £800 INCLUSIVE of BILLS except electricity and council tax.
Deposit: £800
Council tax is payable at Band A at £1493 a year. you could apply for single person discount with 25 percent off, which effectively is £93 a month.
Minimum Stay:3 month and rolling one month notice period after

A lodging agreement will need to be signed.

-Transport links to and from London ( Victoria, London Bridge) from our house
is great. South Croydon and East Croydon are just a stop away (maximum 5min by train).

403 bus stop which is 2 mins walk away can take you to croydon in about 10 mins

•It is easy to travel to central London, Sutton, Croydon, Purley, Sanderstead, Brighton.
It takes just 10 -12minutes to walk to Sanderstead or Purley Oaks station, which is next stop to south Croydon/ East Croydon.
