Sth Croydon House - 2 min walk to train station

We’re a young(-ish!) same-sex couple with a fully furnished double room available from November in our relaxed, sociable home just minutes from South Croydon station.

The House & Location
Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, we’re just:
• 2 minutes from South Croydon train station
• 15 minutes to East Croydon
• 20 minutes to London Bridge, 25 to Gatwick, and 40 to Brighton
• 1 minute to the 64 bus stop
• 10 minutes from Tesco Express, with great local restaurants, cafés and bars

There’s permit parking available on the street, and we have extra storage in the loft, garage, and lean-to (ideal for a bikes or bulky items).

The Room
A small double with a built-in wardrobe.
It comes fully furnished, but we’re happy to remove anything you don’t need.
All bills are included, including high-speed Virgin Media broadband.
You’re also welcome to use the hot tub in the garden.

About Us
We’re friendly, laid-back, and enjoy a mix of quiet nights in and sociable weekends. One of us works in youth homelessness and the other in digital media – both hybrid roles.
We’re into films, theatre, gaming, music, dogs, sci-fi, and the occasional night out or trip away. We also run a local theatre group.

We share the house with our two medium-sized rescue dogs (both part Beagle, both very affectionate), so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs and ideally enjoy their company.

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to live with someone easy-going, respectful and tidy. If you’re sociable and up for the occasional film night or pub trip – great. If you prefer to keep to yourself – that’s fine too.
The room would suit a student or young professional – LGBTQ+ friendly, of course.

Smoking is fine outside in the garden (or under the lean-to if it’s raining). Vaping inside is fine.
