Double bedroom

I’m looking for a flatmate - I have a double bedroom spareroom with king bed, chest of draws, inbuilt wardrobe flat screen wall mounted tv - connected to Amazon prime and Netflix already. Grey plush carpet and window blinds. Bathroom is directly opposite to the room. Grey tiled, bathroom with shower and screen wall mounted blue tooth mirror

Shared bathroom, shared living room with log burner and shared kitchen. Private garden - patio with seating. Summer time if you want to tan - it’s hotter than hell - as the sun beams in and the surround fence blocks a breeze. So be prepared!

I’m looking for a flatmate, who is respectful polite and self aware - preference for a female - who doesn’t mind a cat. I also have two horses so it would be amazing if the flatmate liked horses but not a necessity! Due to the horses I do need to hoover as I can drag hay into the house.

Unfortunately due to previous experience no dogs considered. Would consider a cat.

Sadly needing to replace the dishwasher- previous tenant damaged the door. So for now washing up by hand but will organise a new dishwasher asap!

Parking is roadside. Super annoying I know - but we always find parking. Train station is 5min walk max! Trains to Redhill into London or to tonbridge kent. Fast trains to Gatwick via Redhill which is two stops away. Max 20mins total. Or 20min drive to Gatwick/crawley.

I’m quite a quiet person, I usually work from home and the office in London. But currently working shifts for an inbetween job. Additionally I love a glass of Prosecco and pizza :) I’m fine if you just want to mooch in your room - but also totally open to kicking back being social and sharing the space! I rarely have guests over - so this is a quiet place. Just as a heads up!

Reason I’m searching for a flat share - I was made redundant and secured an ftc job which has now ended and have an inbetween job whilst I secure a new main job.

The room will be professionally cleaned and carpet steamed cleaned prior to someone joining. Room available from September onwards - potentially earlier but to be discussed. Happy to also discuss rent amount with the right person.
