I have a lovely double bedroom with en-suite and second box room to rent on the third floor of my house with a private lounge on the ground floor.

LOCATION: we are ideally situated, less than a 10 minute drive to Jct 6 on the M25. Making our location ideal for visiting East/West Sussex, Kent, Essex, travelling to London or further North. .

PROPERTY: The house is Victorian with many original features. The kitchen is an extension at the back of the house which will be shared. It is fully equipped and there is a breakfast bar comfortably seating three people. Leading from the kitchen is a 100ft mature garden with outdoor seating which is also shared.

ROOM: the bedroom and ensuite is located on the third floor which is a loft extension with views over the gardens. The en-suite has a walking shower, large sink unit with storage underneath, WC and towel radiator. The bedroom has two built in wardrobes, double bed with 6 large under bed drawers and chest of drawers. Across the landing is a small box room which would make a perfect office.
