I Have a large 4 bedroom house in South Godstone that I would love to share with a responsible housemate. You will almost have the house to yourself as I am travelling a lot of the time.

The house has a brand new large kitchen with everything you may need and a large living/dining room with all the usual furniture. NOW TV, Prime, Netflix etc all available to watch on the 65' TV. You will also have use of the very large back garden, which has a patio and BBQ.

The bedroom is a recently refurbished double with wardrobe with built in chest of draws and a desk. Very light and comfortable.

The bathroom is very big with a separate shower and bath.

The house is in a quite road in South Godstone, 5 mins walk from nearest bus stop and Godstone Railway Station. Also there is easy motorway access being less than 10 minutes drive to J6 of the M25.

I am currently completing the final stages of renovation, with an additional bathroom being installed and some remaining decorating to complete. When it is completed we will have a bathroom each. This should hopefully be finished by Christmas, but if you are happy to move in before then I will offer a discount to the rent 😊
