You are applying for:

The property is located between London and Brighton on the A22, and there is a 7 minute walk to the nearest railway station (Godstone) with direct trains to Tonbridge and connecting trains to London Bridge and London Victoria.

* A bank statement in your name from the past three months / other proof of income
* A security deposit of £250
