You are applying for:

A spacious, furnished, ground floor room for ONE in a large, 17th century, family home, located in a secluded, peaceful area surrounded by a medieval moat and 11 acres of rural scenery.

The property is located between London and Brighton on the A22, and there is a 7 minute walk to the nearest railway station (Godstone) with direct trains to Tonbridge and connecting trains to London Bridge and London Victoria.

* The make, model, colour, and licence plate of your vehicle

Monthly rent for one, plus one pet is £775 PCM.

Your pet must be quiet, house-trained, neutered, and friendly towards children and other animals.
Operating pet-sitting services from the premises is prohibited.

Monthly rent for couples (this includes friends, siblings, single parents with one child, etc.) is £1,050 PCM.
(Security deposit for this tier is £525)
