A newly redecorated, fully furnished and spacious double room in a large and beautiful Victorian detached house. We’re located in the village of South Nutfield which is less than 10 minutes’ drive from East Surrey Hospital (so ideal for staff on rotation/placement). Also 15-20 minutes to Gatwick Airport (great for crew who need a nearby base).
There’s a well-stocked corner shop at the end of the road, a village pub and a branch line train station 2 minutes walk away. The train goes into Redhill in 5 minutes, from which you can go on to London Bridge, London Victoria and Gatwick.
The room has a king size bed with a good quality mattress. A desk can be provided if that’s something that’s required. You’d have shared use of the bathroom (subject to one other room being let), and the option for a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster), or use of the main kitchen. The house is clean, finished to a high standard and has beautiful outside space.
All bills included plus wi-fi. Off-street parking.
I live in with one adult daughter (the other three have moved out). I work part time and am busy and active. We have a dog share Thursday-Sunday, she’s calm and friendly, plus a cat.
I’m looking for a tidy, friendly professional to rent medium to long term, ideally 6 months plus.
Single, female occupancy preferred.
