St Johns, Woking large room - Mon - Friday

Our previous lovely week time lodger has just left for a new job, after staying with us for 7 years!!!!

Large double room (for single occupancy) in our family home in St John’s Woking. Available on a Monday to Friday basis - however, we are flexible so other ad-hoc arrangements can be considered.

The room is upstairs overlooking the back garden, has a double bed, large built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bookshelf and TV. Bedding/towels etc supplied and laundered, and cleaning done weekly.

The bathroom is next to the room, includes bath/shower and is shared with just one other, who stays with us usually Monday to Wednesday.

There are two other bathrooms, being our en suite and a shower room downstairs.

We have a lovely large modern kitchen/living area, with all the usual facilities and large bi-folds onto the patio/garden. So loads of room for a drink and a chat….

Smoking is outside only please.

We have parking for 4 cars, and on street parking.

My husband and I are retired and have welcomed lodgers for many years - just looking for a no hassle situation! Our hobbies include horse riding, (I have my own horse) skiing, going to the pub, motorcycles and going on holiday.

All bills and good wi-fi included.
