Highly-praised as comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, blackout blinds and privacy curtains. Owner lives in the house, is a part-time teacher, untidy (but clean!) with 2 over-friendly, greedy cocker spaniels who sleep in the kitchen.
Other lodger is friendly but private professional; works shifts, is a part-time musician and often away. Bathroom shared with other lodger & occasional guests. Shared use of kitchen: owner manages all washing, drying, ironing and cleaning with dishwasher running overnight. Sunny but untended garden. Shops, pubs & restaurants nearby, bus stop in front of house, 6 minutes to town centre or travel to Camberley/Guildford; Woking trains are 6-15 per hour to Waterloo (London) in 26 minutes on the fast service, or travel to Hampshire cities.
