Furnished small double with wardrobe, chest of draws and under bed storage. 7 mins to the station, 5 mins to town centre and 1 min to the river. Bathroom upstairs incuding bath with shower. Modern kitchen with good size living/dinning room and downstairs toilet. Small paved rear garden. I live in and have shared this house for the last 3 years 1 other friendly female housemate. Bills included and internet. Hoping for a mid to long term housemate preferably 6 months plus. There is no smoking in the house.
