There are too many horror stories about landlords or terrible roommates out there. If you just want somewhere friendly & safe that feels like a home then this is the place for you.

The last two tenants that have had to leave both have said my property is the only other place than their parents’ property to feel like home, so hopefully that’s a bonus for people ;)

The en suite double is available to rent NOW! The deposit is a month’s rent, just to cover in case of emergency or damage.

If you don't mind living with a chilled gay guy, and straight guy, and a non yappy dog that is smaller than a cat then this could be your new abode! We range in age from 22 to 44. It’s an eclectic nice house.

The room has a large cupboard, five drawer chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a bed. Feel free to add to the room what you will if there is room for it.

The en suite is has a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. If you prefer a bath there is one in the other large bathroom surrounded by my rubber duck collection!

One of the biggest draws for people is apparently Hugo the chihuahua. Full name Hugo Francis Mann. Don't judge me because I named him after two people from Made In Chelsea... I don't even watch it anymore. ;)

I'm actually an actor, and character model, although taken some time off due to anxiety, and complications after losing my parents. Hoping to get back into work soon.

As long as you are open-minded and fun I'm sure we'll get along. I have a big sense of humour, as hopefully you can see. I’m also really spiritual after losing my parents, and a light witch, so candles & incense can happen in the house. Safely though! And only good. Lol

I’m doing my best to keep costs down (considering bills are included) despite the energy/world crisis! Literally everything has gone up to a crazy amount! Let’s hope this world sorts itself out! The cost will never change. I swear I’m a nice landlord! Lol

We have washing machine, microwave, hobs, and sensitive smoke alarm in the large kitchen & dining area, and plenty of garden chairs for when we want a few buddies over in the garden.

The bills ARE included. We obviously have wifi/broadband... On top of that in the lounge I have Netflix, Disney Plus, Now & Amazon Prime. I'm a massive gaymer, so I have a PS4 too!

One ex-tenant said my home is like an art gallery! I like looking at pretty things, so there are pieces everywhere. I always get told I have a lovely home, so I like to keep it that way. Needs must with renting out rooms, so looking for someone easygoing and tidy. The other occupant has become a friend over time, and my fur baby is my best buddy obvs!

We are a twenty minute walk from Staines Station & 10 minutes from Egham station. Literally bang in the middle in a lovely area, right near the large Sainsbury’s.

Looking for someone tidy after a few tenants didn’t treat the property right. And just easy to get along with and a bit of a laugh.
