The house is a large victorian detached house located just a short walk from Staines Mainline station, near to the river, on Laleham Road. The perfect location for a short walk to the local high street. Fantastic location!!
The room has just been renovated, including modern new furniture and fully decorated. The room contains a double bed with ample storage space for clothes etc, a kitchenette with microwave, mini oven and hob, toaster, kettle and a TV is provided if needed.
Wifi is provided free of charge and it also benefits from allocated parking space at the rear of the property (off street parking). All bills are inclusive. Electricity sockets are run off a standard rate meter in the flat (approx £20 a month for average use).
Laundry area with the use of washing machines / tumble dryers is located outside of the flat (communal use). There is also space for bicycle storage in the garage if required.
The room would suit a single working professional - Ideally we are looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, long term preferred. No couples.
