Spacious double room to rent in Laleham

I have a spare double room in my two bedroom home which is available to rent. The room is unfurnished with plenty of storage inside and outside of the property if you need to store larger items.

Recently re-decorated and is quite basic and I can provide wardrobes/chest of drawers if required or needs must. But seems everyone likes to bring their own furniture

Ideally I'd prefer a Full month Let (minimum 6 months) but would also consider Monday to Thursday/Friday let with all bills included at a reduced cost. I know people are also struggling so another discussion can be worked out regarding the deposit or where by it helps us both.

I feel the property is clean, quiet, respectable and spacious home where at times it'll feel like your own flat as I'm barely home especially weekends or evenings.

Ideally looking for a professional or respectful student

I am located 1.3 miles from Staines Train Station and there is a bus stop outside the property which can take you to most places needed in the area and a bus route to Heathrow. Both Staines town Centre and Ashford high street have great amenities near by
